Born from a personal commitment.
The Wanda Adu Foundation (WAF), founded on January 19, 2017 (CAC IT NO 94138) by Wandaku Ebe, was born from a personal commitment to support vulnerable women and children in Nigeria.
Drawing from her own experiences with gender-based violence and marginalization, she created WAF to empower and give a voice to those who have been abused, displaced, or silenced. We address the root causes of violence and inequality through holistic programs, ensuring women and children have the knowledge and resources to live safely and with dignity.
Our Vision
A world where every woman and child, especially the marginalized, can live free from violence and discrimination, with dignity, opportunity, and equal rights. By promoting education, health, protection, and economic opportunities, we empower them to shape their own destinies.
Our Mission
To empower vulnerable women and children by promoting healing, dignity, and justice. We provide advocacy, protection, psychosocial care, and community programs that address the root causes of violence and inequality, restoring hope to those silenced.
