The Wanda Adu Foundation (WAF) addresses the root causes of violence and inequality. We provide mental health support, protection, community awareness, advocacy, and economic empowerment to those who have been marginalized or silenced.

When I thought I had no voice left after the abuse, the Wanda Adu Foundation took care of my medicals, listened to me, protected me, and helped me find my strength again. I was rated and forced to marry my abuser because I am orphaned and had no one to fight for my rights. I got referred to WAF and they supported me with everything I needed to reclaim my life and dignity. I left my abuser after 3 children and I am empowered now. I am a happy woman now.
